yeah i used a ddr booster 3.6v was just trying to find out if it was the cpu or the mobo. it also hated TCCD at a any mem ratio not 1:1 so that was no bloody good to me either.

somthings is crap CPU or MOBO most likley mobo but it would cost the most to replace as i would have...

i ran memtest for 24mins 1 pass 0 errors do ineed 2 run it longer?

yea il try mem test when i get back from work. can i use prime 95 instaed i would just have to put in my floppy drive to do memtest she dosent work to well and it takes a bit of cleaning/banging to...

i have a CAA2C 0506 BPMW it ocs great(235*11 at stock vcore) but i am having trouble with the memory controller i am using geil ultrax based on BH-5 chips and i cant seem to get it to oc the mem...

do you think its my 3500+ CAA2C clawhammer, does any one know if any one else has problems with the memory controler on this type of cpu.

damn i didnt want ot hear that i would love a dfi but my vid card is AGP and psu 20pin any other recomendations

should i get a 3000+ venice would that solve my problem.

my processors sweet i cant get 2750 stable but wots with this ram, i had trouble with kingston TCCD as well.

215 @ 3.4v fails super pi almost straight away :mad:

it wont even do 215 @ 3.4v

failed super pi to 1M so it appears it is a step backwards

i have been using 3.6v and i am using tictacs BIOS 1.8R2 il try Trc Trfc at default
