Pump, cpu, GPU, rad would alllow all air to collect in the rad where you can use the bleed screw in your PA120.3 to remove it.
The way it is now has at least two bubble traps.

Have my cpu on a PA120.3 imho, adding a second is really into diminishing returns.
Any fan at all and the one rad is within a degree of ambient.
