Still waiting for my $1560 that Chilly1 ripped me off 8+ years back
Add me in. Ripped off from Chilly for $1560, going on close to 8 years now
I'm still waiting from 2004 for my $580 refund
Unbelieveable results coolaler. Your are without a doubt the Conroe overclocking expert
So you're saying big pope has exact Sanyo caps??. Put the chemicons in already, Mosfet temp is the same, will check ripple under max load tonight. If there's a problem, I'll change all of them over,...
I'm modding my P5W DH to put some of the Vcore filter caps on the backside of the board to make insulation more easier. ASUS uses Sanyo SEPC series low ESR 820uf caps, 7mO equivalent ESR. Can't find...
Actually the "What's your favorite color" title is bogus so mods will skip over it and not look in this thread.
Anyone get their phase units yet?
Not real. Only the die would pop, not the board which it is mounted on.
Notice the explosion upward and the hole in the table where compressed air or small explosive device was under the socket....
Don't have any ideas about the mounting holes, but I'd suggest you keep your fingers out of the blades...OUCH,
FWIW, Bought a MCW60-T a week ago and the element is bad already. Was only running it @ 14v and the spec is 19.
...
maybe just divide mine by 2

Had one of these for a month now but didn't review it yet, but it is rock solid and also very quiet.....

Single Rail +12v @ 60...
Really nice Crotale...Wonder how they will handle 1.7+.
Ever try to see how high you can push 3-2-2 ?
The higher actual voltage than the set voltage is very normal. Just set it lower in the BIOS to compensate. The .02v fluctuationa is also normal. The droop mod should help when the CPU is loaded....
Dude, You're not banging that dog....are you?
Really nice bandwidth man. I pull 10K+ in Sandra and know it ain't easy. How about running an Everest bandwidth. My rig pulls 12.6k, you should be real close to 14k.
LOL... DRY ICE.
I wonder why so many people interested in this "hobby" have cats in their Avitars. There must be some psychological connection between cat lovers and overclocking. Still can't figure it out yet.......
Don't forget additional performance gains from upcoming mobos and the next generation MCH and DDR(?) which will surely be designed for maximizing Conroe's performance. You don't have to be a genius...
