got 25k L045A848\2267 best out of 10.
did x56 on ud4 b3 and died after 1,6v with -50° to -70°, qpi\vtt up to 1,26v ram up to 1,70v.
no more boot,benched till the end and next day nothing.so the...

i had one xeon 3450 on asus p55ws-sc.
did not oc very well,over 4,2ghz sucks lot of volt-but this is maybe batch and luck related.

tested a lot of 750´s and some did very well and no prob for all...

i got similar prob on asusp55ws with i7 750 but with cpu-multi.
with multi 21 no go above 1920mhz(no matter cl)
with multi 19 = ok

but i think you already tried everything

with ht=on over 4,2 is hard
with ht=off over 4,3 is hard
ram is ok till 2300 cl9 with 1,40v...

somebody can confirm that there is Back-to-Back Cas Delay option in bios?

i had the exact same prob with csx 2x1gb 2000mhz with old spd=no xmp, and wanted to flash spd from my kingston 14400 gtr that is working perfect on all mobos.
one stick flashed fine the other would...
