With that I would imagine its more down to the driver rather than the car. Its all down to how they are driven specially in a highly technical course.

Just buy/build an Ultima, 990kg and then whatever power you can pull out of its V8.

Holds the record for quiet a few aceleration times as well, plus an unoffical top time round the TG test track....

MX5, best fun Ive had in a banger. Mine is 1999 and you can go sideways everywhere. Ive clocked 130mph with it still pulling. Very cheap to run and tyres are a pittance which useful when you spend so...

Shaz stated that he can nearly crack a ton on the nearest on-ramp and from what I recall about some of his posts that would a nearby motorway, so no need to get stressed out about it... ;-)

Mk 2 MX5 1.8 RS Ltd....average 32mpg over 6k miles so far and I dont hang about either....
Versys is on 59.9mpg over 10k miles again thats a good few full throttle to redline runs like in the mx5 as...

Last season of top gear was utter tripe, with the exception of the south american special. I think on one episode they didnt even get the stig to take a car round the track. They were try hards...

Forza 3 is the nuts, I only got my first 360 to play forza 2. My son who is 5 loves dirt 2 and the lego games. I have some COD games but prefer to use a keyboard and mouse as I find it more accurate....

Still got the ZX10R, added crash mushrooms and a GPR exhaust. Sold the ZX7R and bought a brand new Black Versys to commute on back in March. Dropped about a grand on extras and clocked up 10k miles...

The ST and RS have nothing on the megane R26R, that is a modern great car...lap record for a wrong wheel drive round the ring I believe. But again you have the integra type R, now thats a GREAT car...

Get rid of the xr4x4, they are a good car, but not exactly great....Ive done a few thousand miles in these over the years, in both the 2.8 and 2.9. They are good for starship mileage and are torquey...

The old landys do keep going, we had an old series 2 it was, close to 40 years old, would always start just kept on going. Wouldnt do much above 40mph though....hehe.

Lotus, Jaguar, Land Rover...in fact if you look at landys, have any really failed, the freelander was a bit pants but still did what it said on the tin....defender is superb, rangie and disco arent...

Try the toyo R888s they are superb tyres and grip like pooh to a blanket. Also its worth going for a higher profile as well as the tyre will give more feedback towards the limit.
