i'll echo what others have suggested here. Get the "cheaper" gtx580 now (any brand), most will oc to about 820-880mhz on the core with stock voltage/bios, and you should be ok for that resolution. If...

Lets hope the audio, efx, and scoring aspect of the game will be at least up to par with Crysis2. Sound wise, Crysis2's sound overall was far superior than BF2.
