CAS 2.5 @ DDR2-680 = about 7.5ns
but since DDR2 has no half numbers and 1.5 CAS isnt real...

in my experience unless its running 1:1 the higher frequencies dont matter very much at all. if memory bandwidth is higher than processor bandwidth there is an incredibly small performance gain. ...
