Why don't you use Core Temp??
Why do you need multiple instances of it?
Evga ftw ;)
I'm with a hd 4870 @ mod bios to 800/1000. I tried another vga but it was worst. I read in this forum a guy who swapped the vga and was able to break the 223 bclk wall.
You can download from this page: http://www.hwmania.org/forum/evga/7370-evga-x58-classified-wallpapers.html
It's on the CD-ROM that cames with the board.
What vga are you using for tests?
I have the same problem and also tried 101mhz to 115mhz. Maybe is the heat because I'm in Brazil and its hot as hell this days.
It's the S61H. You can always get the lates bios from this topic on the oficial foruns: http://www.evga.com/forums/tm.aspx?m=13905
Cas 7 against cas 8?
It's ok, it always do that here too. NB Frequency is always 2x the memory speeds, so if DRAM are 638.5MHz x 2 = 1277MHz is your final memory speeds.
Next time try posting at the UnOfficial EVGA...
Mine won't pass 223 for anything in this world (i'm on air). I'm 99.5% sure it's my vga holding me back.
Another guy here in Brazil just fried an exactly same PSU as yours running on a Classified and high benchs. I would stop testing ang get another psu (borroud if it's the case) and test everything...
Can you post your bios settings please? I tried 21x223+ but my SATA driv became so slow I could not boot to XP.
Anyone?
Just saw you couldn't wait right? :p: :D
Anyways.. I tried S61A and Holly Mother of Jesus.. I'm able to boot now with 233 bclk straight from bios  :cord: :woot: (haven't tried more yet)...
I'll give it a shot with the S61A.
Well.. here are my results so far with the new bios from Shamino:
Max boot from Bios
Before: 215
Now: 221
Max bclk on windows (with E-leet)
Before: 223
Now: 233
Me want it :D
With bios 610 (I guess) I was able to boot from bios ~215. The new bios I'm using now is the one The_Game posted above:
760:

759:...
I flashed my 760 with that bios I the only test I was able to run was my signature oc (24/7) that was 10x Linx stable and now it's no more :(
I'll do a complete test this weekend but what I can...
Well.. what can I say. That's a really impressive chip, congrats :P
imo,
Why are you running Linx with only 1624MB if you have 6GB RAM? Click on the "all" button and check your stability again please, I doubt it will be stable with only this vcore.
:eek::eek::eek: 1.80v+ on a 32nm chip! :clap: :clap: now that's an Xtreme Overclock. I can't imagina a wprime at 5.8GHz :rolleyes:
That picture on the 1st post is just REALLY sexy :D
