I'm using 24/7 252MHz 3-2-2-10 1T DC 2x512MB with 3.2V & ocz booster on neo2 platinum.

Try using only 1 stick of memory and make sure it's in slot1 (nearest one to the CPU).

These chips don't like DC?

Could you send your BIOS? I have V9999GE too and problems getting it working over 400/1100 16/6. Got OCZ 520W and getting lockups, disabled all throttling/internal clock tests with rivatuner.
