If someone wants this, you better buy two for RAID-1, Losing 2TB worth of data is not fun.
Silverstone's are really decent for what they are. I think the LC-17 and LC-20 are awesome choices.

I think you should look into the Sennheiser HD555. Its amazingly superb in games, and does well in music, and ontop of everything, it fits your budget. You can't go wrong.

Its a little larger than a normal ATX. Look at the mounting holes on the far right of the motherboard, there is a good 1"/1-1/4" till the edge. Its between ATX and eATX.

Thermalright HR-07, othewise the OCZ is just fine, you just need to hang it of the top, you dont need to secure it from the bottom.

Breaking 95GB is very easy if you involve HD podcasts and movies. Anyhow, 250GB is pretty decent I must say! We canadians are suffering 25GB or 60GB mainstream limits, and 95GB or 100GB premium...
