I think he has an excellent chip there, sure 4GHz is attainable with reasonable voltage. I've seen few 1.200V VID chips and even they couldn't get primestable 3.8GHZ below 1.4V:(

F9 bios is working great with P35-DS4 Rev1.0. Loadline calibration enabled I gained few MHz with same vcore compared to bios F6.:up:

Download Prime95 version 25.5. It's the latest one and recognizes automatically your cpu and cores. I use small ffts when I test cpu and blend for memory/whole system stability.
