On another note. You really shouldn't be pumping 1.7v through your chipset for 400mhz FSB. Bring that down a bit. 1.4 to 1.45v tops for that FSB.

Question now is. If you can hit 3.6 with only 1.3v what can it do with 1.4 or 1.5v?
I was just using that cooler. It does quite well (even with push pin mounting) with 2x120mm fans in a push/pull config.
Recheck your mount again. Use a good quality paste and try to push both pins...

Every posting of a Q6600 progressively being lapped that i have seen shows that the outer edge of the IHS is clearly higher then the center(where the cores are). This is not good. Intel doesn't...
Well.... My 'G0' was not flat(not even close). CPU's rarely fail so i wouldn't be so concerned about losing the warranty.
Temperature variance between cores is normal. You can try to reduce it by lapping the heatsink and the cpu.
Personally i wish everyone would use thumbnails. Keeps the thread clean and people on dial-up don't have to wait forever to read a thread.

That is truly amazing. At not that much vcore and VERY low temps for air. Nice freakin chip.

You pretty much just started clocking it yes? No way you can make that determination in such a short amount of time. Keep tweaking.
Like i said. Don't put too much stock on VID. Start cranking the FSB and lets see what it can do. ;)
