    I keep seeing high FSB clocks with low multi's on the quads with the DK board. Let's see an 8 hour run of prime of at least 3.6ghz on a quad.

    On another note. You really shouldn't be pumping 1.7v through your chipset for 400mhz FSB. Bring that down a bit. 1.4 to 1.45v tops for that FSB.

    Recheck your mount again. Use a good quality paste and try to push both pins...
