Variable Base clock (BClk)[18] like LGA 2011.[19]
according to wikipedia
I don't really know anything about the lga2011 platform, but a quick search says there are straps for SB-E, with...
Heh. Can't remember the virus, but it wasn't anything new. My friend got infected pretty badly, but didn't want to lose his data. I backed everything up to an external and wiped the drive....
Awesome. Disabling CnQ allows fid/vid adjustment in hex now. Thanks so much!
I'm seeing that each fid adjustment is 0.5x, so assuming that fid=0 would mean 13-5=8x (stock was 0a).
Time to play...
Yeah, still only have cnq and secure vm mode options.
Giving it a try now. thanks
Flashed without a hitch, but don't see any new options in BIOS.
Thanks for your help by the way. I really appreciate it. Perhaps, msrtweak will be the only way?
AWESOME! Program worked great. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like the bios mod works. Hotflashed back to stock twice.
Have any recommendations for a person/company that sells pre-flashed chips?
I was debating flashing in windows (with msrtweak to drop fid and vid), or use a usb key and awdflash. Chose the usb key...
Thank you! I might have to order a spare chip to hotflash onto.
I'm imagining there's no way to use the bootblock in case of a bad flash since it looks like there's not even a fdd header?
Wow, thank you! I am extremely appreciative!
I will have to see how the owner wants to proceed, since I won't be able to do a hotflash currently.
I'm imagining it's not as simple as not...
I'm trying to fix a machine for a friend. I get a feeling it never actually worked right. It's a Shuttle XPC SA76G2, which from what I've gathered, supports CPUs up to 105W TDP and has a 250W power...
most likely because of the larger graphics core
have no idea what you mean by "error out" but will assume that your optical drive is on its way out
have you isolated which stick it is? tried using spdtool or similar to see if anything is amiss?
I thought I read half a year ago that IB was going to "support" 133bclk? I guess that was just a rumor.
3 years on tap water. need to top off the fill port T every few weeks. 7/16 on 1/2 barbs so no hose clamps. no kill coil. still peachy?!?
rm rm
that's funny. this already happened once in the 80s
I guess the newer chips are more tolerant of higher pcie?
With my old p965 board, sata would give out just after 110pcie.
This just means if any cool devices come out, we'll be porting Android over. :)
thank you. guess i should have read through the thread. was only 4 pages.
any thoughts on the 64 bit version? has always been a don't-bother type deal in the past. imagine that hasn't changed yet....
I hate the constant layout changes. I was most content with the initial firefox. What was that, 0.8?
In any event, I'd be using this as my daily browser if it didn't crash. I run on average 300...
So they were able to detect 774,651 uses of a single key. And yet they did nothing about it? Sounds more like their fault than anything...
suuuure.. where's the winfs that was supposed to come out half a decade ago?
dir655a4 is fantastic. 1.21 was great. ran that for a few days since people said the later ones sucked. upgraded to 1.34 today. still going great. connected a computer to wan to do wan-lan testing...
going to try my g92 in css tomorrow. what's with you people and your new games? :D
