I would try changing the motherboard battery.
If that system came from Dave I would assume it has been around for awhile. I have had very strange things happen when batteries started acting up.

When Ron tuned my unit I asked him to tune for load, I believe it was for 300watts, maybe a bit more, -40c/-45c is what it does.
