I called and complained... so they are giving me a credit of $5/month... I would rather have the speed but something is better then nothing.

I have been enjoying my q9550 for a good 6 months. I got it at MicroCenter for around $175 which is a great price compared to the q9650.

I agree ^ there is no point in the upgrade if everything is still working

when are they going to do something about the advertised speed vs what you actually get?

when I had comcast I paid for 10 and 1 but got 22 and 4 for $40/month

at home I have AT&T pay 33/month and get 2.2 down and .45 up :(
