You need to use ALL memory in LinX and re-run at 5Ghz and repost. I bet you will need more voltage. What memory kit are you running? 4GB? 8GB? 16GB? My 3770K can do same at 1.228 vcore with 1024...

I downloaded modded 1408 bios, copied to USB flash drive formated as FAT32 and used ROG Flashback procedure.

Found tight DDR3-2600 1.66vdimm Memtest 700% stable then played with SuperPi 1M and 32M a little. CPU @ 5300Mhz & Memory @ DDR3-2600Mhz.
