Thanks for this. Under p95 load the core temp only get to ~47C so I am good to crank her up some more. If I do use it for crunching it will max out all 8 cores so I want to be safe.

I just put together a rig with an FX 8320 and Asus M5A97 r2.0 board.
I have it clocked at 3800 right now and running prime, Asus utility shows 61C. I downloaded Coretemp and it shows 47C. But...

I am running 2 threads on it, both cores. Most results was 558, avg 4-450. I haven't messed with the card too much, just turned the core clock up by 50.

Well, I am getting about 200k WCG ppd with the 7770 compared to maybe 50k with my 460. About 4x the output. Max was 242k.
