@alexanderhuzar
Your PLL is too high, 1.57v should do
Also playing with the MCH (and to a lesser effect CPU) GTL's helps a fair bit imo.

You mobo should be able to handle a 400 FSB. Have you tried increasing the NB and SB voltage?
That doesn't make sense?
Or am i missing something?
Intel says the Tj. Max is 90C, but most people (such as myself) use 95C.
Your more likely to burn out your chip with auto setting. Set the PLL to 1.5v and the VTT to 1.3v.
Well I always use 95C TJ. Max, cause 90C is way to low for me.
Very nice work there...
:welcome: to XS
Not a bad overclock there :)
What VTT and PLL volts are you using?
Also change the Tj. Max to 95C instead of 100C :yepp:
I got my Phase Change for my awesome Q6600, also i'v heard the new Q6600 can't even get above 3.0GHz.

The max I got on air was 4.1GHz.
Next time I start my phase change PC (benching PC) i'll run SP 32M and I ran 3D Mark 03, but my score is bugged  and it was lower then 3.6GHz  I...

I can't remember :(
I'll check next time I see the CPU.
There in the screenshots, look at easy tune 6 :)
Thanks :)
I'v been doing a decent bit of OC'ing on my Q6600 since I got my Phase Change cooler :D
3.6GHz on 1.2v

Very nice KELL5
Wow 1.41vcore  - thats a awesome chip.
I can run 4.1GHz with 1.55vcore, so I might push it higher, i'll seen when I get it.
Also i'm going 2 have a 12cm 133CFM Scythe Ultra Kaze fan blowing on my NB and on my MOFSETs :D and if the...
Very nice 24/7 overclock
What temps is that Q6600 running at?
I should be able to run 4.1GHz 24/7 when my phase change is here :D
I recommend the Gigabyte UD3P.
Wow awesome work there officermartinez getting a 515FSB on that mobo .
From what I'v heard the 750i FTW can do 3.6GHz, but it has trouble doing any higher.
Very nice work lauri_lr
What PLL and VTT did u use?
I'm just a IFX-14 with a 3000rpm (133CFM) Scythe Ultra Kaze fan. Soon i'm getting a SS Phase unit :D.
I don't know how many years it would last , its just what i'v read.
My room temp was about 35c today and my Q6600 @ 3.2GHz was idleing at 50C :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:.
The max safe vcore is 1.5v to 1.55v as long as ur temps stay safe.
Maybe its ur room temp?
It worked just like that on my P5E so...
When i enabled LLC (when I was clocked at 4.0GHz) it increased my volts from 1.62v (BIOS) to 1.65v windows. Also everest reads it the same 2.
