not related to your vcore but more to your temp ,
with a good aircooling stay at sub 80°c if it doesn't matter too much for you, but personnaly I would stay under 70°c ( not usual for me to see...
is that a cpu-z bug ? on your screen you only have 2 core activated ?
the last beta 1.41 doesn't work on my ip35 pro it freezzed my pc ( voltage fluctuate from 0.9v to 2.39v ???) get back to 1.40.5
