If your not doing Tri SLI dont even bother with the 780i.
Go with a 750 if you absolutely need SLI at all.

Personally, I'd get a 4870 or two and an X38/48 mobo.

really though that whole build really came together! I love it.

Only mine did it because I have two monitors, and that forced it into 3D mode all the time.

I'm using the heatsinks that came with my S1.
I do have 2 sets of low profile Enzotech sinks coming in though.
My card is kinda ghetto'd atm. =P

Apparently having dual monitors forces the cards into 3D mode :p:
That better change with a new driver.

Anyways, I'm finally enjoying a quite computer sans one...

Yeah even the sensor tab is showing the 3D clocks. And the temps reflect it, so I know it's not just a program bug. I'm at a loss.

Gonna try on more driver reinstall.

2D isn't working on any of the BIOS for me. :shakes: hmmmm, is there a power saving mode you have to enable somewhere that i'm missing?
I've tried what seems to be all the drivers, and tried them...
