do you use fixed or offset voltage? In case of the latter one I had the same problem. It's due to the fact that while using only one core the voltage is much lower than 1.31V (probably about 1.2V)....
I've just checked with the latest Win7 64bit driver (1.0.098) - my patriot Exporter Xt 8GB doesn't work with the EntronTech USB 3.0 controller.
It simply doesn't work with the USB 3.0 controller on the Asrock Extreme 4 - I've checked it
I don't have any of these mentioned devices, but surely my Patriot Xporter 8GB USB 2.0 doesn't work with the USB controller :mad: SOme other low end USB sticks work with this controller like a charm.
how high do you need to set VTT to reach such speeds?
Do you know which chips are under the hood? Hynix?

good powerchips can do that. If they don't scale with 2.2V+, then they may be powerchips
