The problem ur having could be a few things ;)

1. Chipset driver is out of date ( malfunctioning(?) )
2. Graphical Card driver is either configured wrong or the driver itself is acting like my...

What is it exactly that you need from the file ? An windows file format has a wealth of information contained in it, everything from the PE Header to the TSBitStamp. If its a ' C File ' like you said...
