Really? I used to use a Rokkor 85mm f/1.7 for portrait shots, which is very close to 50mm on APS-C (with the 1.6x crop factor, it's an 80mm equivalent).
Keep it. Everyone NEEDS a nifty fifty. It's my most used lens on all my cameras, film or digital :)
Will you add it now? :D

So I opened a Flickr account for the very reason of hosting these pictures as I don't want them on the Photostream of my main account. These are all completely unedited straight from the camera,...
Was he ordering a McWiener by any chance? :D
Hehe, re-read what PaganII said, he's 100 % correct :p:
Thanks to the internet, I only saw a dirty picture for about five minutes before NOT seeing it as dirty :(
I'm late to the party, but when I read the thread title I just thought to myself "someone is going to be very honoured to be the host" :D
^ very moody shot, I quite like it.
I've been away for Christmas, I'll upload tonight and you'll probably be very surprised :D
I'll upload later, but tell me what you expect: almost full moon, 20 second exposure, ISO 200, f/3.5
I'll have to pick something up in the new year. I'm thinking a cheap Core 2 Quad should do, something like a Q6600?
