Yes I ship all cascades on pallets, but this is only the case which I got from a company for a cascade in my shop. Damages like that can happen with all of them, GLS, DPD, DHL... Careless drivers...

That is a condenser from a Danfoss condensing unit.
TS2 and TES2 are both for R404a/R507. TS2 is internally equalized and TES2 external.
Normally around 70bar.
