That's not Windows 7, Thats Windows 8 Pre-Milestone 2 build 6.2.7867. It's only using the UI from Win7 for now.
Can it be done without de-raiding then re-raiding and format? since the chipset is only 2 gen apart. Because I know you can go X38 t<-> X58 in raid setups without any changes last I knew.
