Try Medium setting ( prolly 1.1V is LOW -1.2V is Medium,... )
Start here :
Overclock mode [Manual]
CPU Frequency [400]
CPU Voltage [1.35]
NB Voltage [1.2]
If that posts and is stable, work your way up with eg 10MHz increments... however I wouldn't push...
Nice on man, watch out for Sandy setup !
Get the mobo out of the case first !
Get the mobo out of the case, check for short circuits ( eg. cooler backplate) Reseat the CPU, try to boot with one dimm. Hopefully she posts, if it continues to turn on/off rapidly, either the board...
Hope to see some WRs at Computex then !!! GL dude !!

I can understand that man, this is exactly the feedback I send back to MSI. It's a solid board but the bios still needs some tinkering... there's no denial that the ROG lineup got the easiest going...
I hope you are not trying to run them 2400 sticks with a 2600K...
Loosen tRRDR to 3 and tWWSR to 6... you are running way too tight... my Samsung rams can't do these timings for 32M, no matter the board I use. Same sitation as you are : also needing 0.02 more...
Me drools at 6GBPIS at 6-9-6... looked for these for ages...
The infamous RAM GUY on XS !! What an honour to meet you here, he will take care of your RMA Shi, go for it !
I can testify for you, you were pushed by Jake and RAMGUY !! THEY MADE YOU DO IT !!
It can do 2800Mhz with samsung... you give up far too easily :p
Got the kingston sets incoming and hopefully a board too...
So the rams suck cos they do stock specs ? Ever wondered that the limitation could well be your CPU ? the boards bios ? end user ?
Also the rare info you provide makes it hard to judge what is...
1) A lot depends on the extra charge/premium the shop asks for the pretest.
2) Till now all the S2011 I tested do 4500MHz easily at 1.35-1.4Vcore... some run hotter and need maybe watercooling to...
