annihilat0r, I've exactly the same problem. I've seen that I have this problem only when my GTX 275 is plugged in, no problem with a 8400GT..

I went from 586MB/s to 626Mb/s with my 4x SLC RAID0 on Areca 1210 by overclocking my PCI-E from 100 to 116MHz.
