I bought the same set-up for my 280 but in acetal yes the back plate block come's with spacer's and o-rings and one cap

very happy with mine running a ek 780 nb \ 790 sb \680 mosfet modded with a copper plate\ Swifttec gtz and a pair of dd 8800 gtx blocks nice fin spacing for low cfm fans ...

anyone water cooling these chips ? I have a 750i FTW where the mosfet is is cooled by ek 680i block with a copper plate from koolance. (thanks to the posts from members in these fourms )

Temps at idle are 42c on the gpu's and 22c on...
