I just put my ATI 6870 on this. It goes quite fast. Each WU takes around 3 minutes.
Maybe i'll bring my desktop back to college for free electricity.
Thank you Movieman!
Happy holidays everyone!
Just send the farm up north. Then you can heat your house with all of the GPUs. "Free" heat! :D
Happy birthday!
Sleasy news should be taken down before nightfall.
Congratulations!
Wouldn't GFlops/Watt be a better way to compare clock speeds?
It's fast for me.
You could join the Majestic 12 Team. The goal of the project is to "crawl" the internet and create a search engine. Like a distributed Google. It will use a lot of bandwith and almost no CPU.
I think Roadrunner is unlimited or it is in my area. I've downloaded over 500GB in a month with no letters or canceling of service.
I saw that and wondered the same thing.
I know it doesn't make much financial sense to mine. But it's interesting to learn about.
I just tried the CUDA miner and got 16.8Mhash/Second compared to the 18.5Mhash/Second on the OpenCL miner. I'm running an overclocked 9600GT. It's probably not worth it to run on this hardware but...
Interesting....
Just setup my 9600GT and i7 860 (not the fastest or most efficient) at BTGuild. Getting something around 30Mhash/s.
Not very fast. May as well run it when the computer is on.
Sorry to hear about the loss Movieman.
Happy (slightly late) birthday Movieman!
That's an amazing view.
Happy birthday Martijn!
Happy birthday!
I just use DVDShrink and watch it with VLC.
I may be back for this.
Ditto.
Nice job everyone!
