I needed Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) Bus Driver for High Definition Audio (sp32646).
Got it HERE, installed it, went to Device Manager and right clicked on it...

I've found out that it is ATI High Definintion Audio device. It's built into graphics card which is why it's sharing resources. This driver is used to drive Audio over HDMI to a TV.

I've put Ai on "disable" long time ago since enabling it makes my screen flash and glitter. Don't know how it could help in disabling one GPU.

There is no CF option in CCC with one card. Only had it before when I used two 4850 cards.

Maybe I won't be needing aftermarket coolers after all. I blew out all the dust that's been gathering between heatsink fins for months, and lowered the temps by 50 degrees C in full load! :D
