I think there is no one answer considering limitless number of hardware combinations, number of drives and the purpose. With my G1's on P67 I found that highest sequential was with 64K strip....

Great, thanks for posting this. Looks like P67 has higher bandwidth than SB850 or A75... If you are after sequential throughput, try setting your R0 with strip size of 128. Even though 64 is the best...

LSI firmware is aware of device ID and it switches to light IR code stack for doing RAID functions. I doubt that LSI FP key will work with M5015. But who knows...

What chipset is it on? ICH10R likes 128K strip, PCH - 32K. Have you manually aligned partition with 1024K off set? Ensure that NCQ is turned on, Write Back cache is on (Windows and Intel RAID) and...

If M5015 does not accept some sort of FP equivalent it will never be as fast as 9260 with FP...
