hmm is that quiet true though just going off temps, as I run phase cooling at around -60c but wouldnt want to go much past 1.65volts.

aye, i can run my g0 6600 at a wide range of speeds upto 4.5ghz on my phase cooling, fine for hours in desktop and for a few pi runs. However run seti on full tilt all all 4 cores and it can crash...
