Quick question, is it common to only get BSOD and never errors in Prime when your OC is unstable?
Yep, that worked. Thanks.
Hey, total noob here with Intel systems, but my friend has this board, and every overclock he tries only applies to Turbo mode, while it clocks down during idle. We wanted to disable underclocking...
Hmm, I wonder how many people really use very many expansion slots anymore.
Yeah but even the bracket is 3-slot. That totally makes this not the same and stuff.
My god, it finally happened. A 3-slot graphics card.
That really sucks, but they're clearly an extremely talented group of guys and I'm sure they'll go far some day.
I'm not sure what super advanced effects they were showcasing there but that definitely did not look up to the standards of their past demos.
pretty sure it's soldered on there pretty good.
Yeah this is a definite oops on their part. No doubt future revisions of the card will have tweaked coolers to accommodate this, not to...
Opinions on games should be gathered from forums and the like if you want to know if the game might be something you're interested in. Most of the time people will know what they want anyway, and a...
This isn't ever going to be challenged, not even once!
ha silly person, you can't play games on PC! What a ridiculous notion...
Make sure they're also fairly large, and don't have that stupid dimply texture on them, and we might have something.
And this forum proves once again that an objective opinion is hard to come by.
The actual Youtube video embedded in the article (link here for reference) dates back to early October during GTC, so I'm not actually sure it has much to do with the GTX 580. Still, fairly cool demo.
Sure.
In Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, there's a special feature where you can tour around the old animation studio and see behind the scenes info on how they made Disney animated shorts and...
PowerDVD really is crappy software. If you try to do much more than just play the movie, it will fail. The special features particularly in a lot of the newer Disney blu-ray releases just plain won't...
Looking on their site, it looks like they jumped from version 3 (and 3.5) to version 5 here. Of course it's not available to purchase from them yet either, apparently, but I'm betting it won't be...
Great, and what are they gonna do with the old GF100 chips? Cook their steaks on them?
Wouldn't it make more sense to get some money out of old stock chips and then sell new ones?

Watch the video. All I can say is: Ouch.
I ran some interlaced DVDs with the new 10.6 Cats and the quality definitely improved. It's now better than my old NVIDIA card was, whereas before it was worse.
Looks pretty unimpressive. That tiny area is supposed to murder our graphics cards for the next few years? Looks sparse on detail and view distance is like 10 feet.
There's a point in World of Warcraft where the game has a flashback sequence, and you take the role of the Lich King. Before you are several columns of Alliance soldiers all looking to you with...
I was all but set on the NEC EA231WMi and then this comes along.
Better be some reviews for it soon. The ViewSonic one was fail so hopefully this one is a success because it looks a lot more...
So wait for the prices to come down.
You're not entitled to games you didn't pay for. There's really no excuse to pirate them if you have any desire to play them.
This article makes it out to...
