I can't find these memory on homepage.
Maximum - 512Mb module(and 2x512Mb in
TWIN2X1024-8000UL)

Hi, my name is Claudiu, I'm from Romania and I salute you all!
I have 2x512 mb Micron memory, and I want to ask about yours opinions.
On the stick it writes exactly like I wrote down:
MT8HTF6464AY-667A2 200442 BZACMW9001
COUNTRY OF ORIGIN U.S. LEAD FREE
512MB 1RX8 PC2-5300U-555-11-D0 (IS ZERO LAST DIGIT)
512MB, DDR2, 667, CL5.
By SPD in bios they are 667 Mhz CAS 5.5.5.15.
I tested directly at 2,3 v and they have maximum performed:
733 Mhz CAS 3.2.2.4
840 Mhz CAS 4.2.2.4
968 Mhz CAS 4.3.2.4.
Is any kind of goodnes there(my memories)?
On the chips it writes: 4TA11
D9CWX
I put some screens, thanks for any answer!
They're Fat Bodies D9 ;) You're lucky!
And they can afford that kind of overclock?
From 667 Mhz CAS 5.5.5.15 by SPD to 968 Mhz CAS 4.3.2.4?
And what's "the fatbody"?
Their form, or what?
I'm lucky!:woot:
Respect to all!
P.S have anyone some same sticks of 512 mb for sale?
I want to buy another 2x512 Mb,to make 2 gb's of ram.
Something about their price, can anyone tell me?
Thank's again!
That was the first DDR2 I ran, mine sucked:( I didn't really know it at the time, but I finally got some OCZ EB and it blew the XBLK away. Now I have 2 gig of the OCZ in my everyday pc and a gig of Corsair UL for benching. It seems like getting good memory from Patriot is hit and miss, they have some good stuff, but the next set of the same memory may be a dud.Quote:

has anyone encountered any of the prementioned kits
with other than D9 chips?
whats the best option around the budget of 350€ for a D9 2x1gb kit
i have to order within the week so i really need your input on this one
The 2Gb DDR2 XP2-5300 Extreme Performance (3-3-3-10) Mushkin DC kit has D9 chips ? or others ?
And anyone knows if those XP2-5300 reach easily 1000MHz @2.3v as the Corsair 5400UL does ?!

here's an interesting quote from the article i found
you can check the review hereQuote:
Elipda IC's that Mushkin uses are by far better overclockers at tight timings than any Micron Rev A IC's that we have seen.
Is the first page list still actual ? If not where can I find D9 ?
well so far i have the patriot running at ddr2 800 and 4-3-3-4 2.2volt
no problems
tried for 3-3-3-4 and also 4-3-2-4 but no joy and 2.3 didnt help.
I have the patriots 4200 3-2-2 and they will go up to 470 4-3-2-4 @2,3v( IIRC ) on my p5wd2 prem. I love'em :p:

SAD
Are Fatbody D9's better than the Elpida IC's witch were used on the Mushkin XP2-5300?
From what I understand, the Fatbody D9 are the DDR2 memory toget.
I just talked to Corsair, and they don't have anymore Fatbody. I blieve they were on the 5400UL and the 8000, but if you look around, no one has them :P
Hunting for these Microns are like trying to find the first batch of BH5 after they ran out :P
SAD
PS. form what I understand, the Fatbody has very tight timing. They can also obtain 1000+ Mhz speeds which I am interested in :)
