Most likely they are D9GKX...Quote:

how's ecc ram on normal boards? will it work?
I found some that look like fatbodies
3200 ddr2 ECC
5GAll
D9FJC
It works perfect . If your motherboard's chipset support ECC DRAM , then you will benefit some more Mhz .Quote:

Are they any good?
They look like this

mushkin eXtreme Performance 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM Unbuffered DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) System Memory
Model #: 991473
That's the kit I have had for like a year. Problem is they don't seem to want to even hit DDR2-1000?
They look very old, how old is that set ?Quote:

Sorry for the spelling mistakes, I am still in shock:p:
Fat Body.

Are they all good, or are there also some bad chips ?
And with small memory chips ?
Overclocks it good, or bad ?

Do not buy any other chips, this are the only well clocking (>500mhz) capable D9 as far as I know
Oke, thanks.Quote:

I did some looking into and found out that these D9CGH ic's are BT-37E which is the same as the D9DQW ic's. Unfortunatly these look like they are for IBM servers and wont plug into our DDR2 slots.:slapass:
Can these ic's be swapped on to a regular ddr2 PCB?:stick:
Yes, at least if you can either reprogram the SPD or have a mainboard that ignores the SPD when the BIOS has useful frequencies.Quote:

Well about the SPD there is a sticker on each stick, now im not 100% sure but there is 533 in one of the codes on both sticks so I am assuming its programmed for ddr2-533mhz but like I said im not 100%, i'll take better pictures tomorrow they are at work.Quote:

Thats what has me thinking the ic's themselfs have to be swapped to "regular" style ddr2 pcb.
Hi guys, I found List of chips used on DDR2 RAM modules maybe it can be added to the first post. The dude's email address is at the bottom.
Updated post #242 with more pic's. Hopefully someone can give me some more insight on how to make them work with our motherboards.:stick:
Oh and good find nicepun!
What about Patriot 800 LL ?
Check my post #245, there's a list there.Quote:
