With these settings, I was able to run almost error free. At 3V, I was error free. Remember these memories are rated for 2,3,3,x performance at 2.8V.
I have the same memories as you with the same markings and my rams would error at default settings until I used Mocha's looser secondary settings. Try them out as the starting point of your burn-in. At looser settings 2,3,3,x in DC, I can hit 240FSB but my memories have errors @ 2,2,2,x over 200FSB with any voltage. I'm hoping that after 5 or 6 days of burn in I can increase the OC with tighter timings. Read what Largon has done.
