For now, yes... but they say UTT improves with burn-in, so we'll see :DQuote:

Curious - Do the brick and mortars give you a hard time with returns?
well, this with black pcb @3.1V...need to change psu for >3.2V...and burn in..
I'm jealous, I want black pcb ;)
also I recommend slow burn in, my 2nd set I think I pushed too hard too fast and ended up peaking lower than other set :(
sweeeett... mine didn't have black pcb :(Quote:

charlie ....i get 240 at 3.0 with 1A4T but that aint UTT....
Does ALL Mushkin Blue use UTT? Some people say they don't but these results seem to offer a different view. Who should I believe?
You have to buy directly from mushkinQuote:

I think it's the NEWER stuff... that's UTT. Older stocks may have been something different.Quote:

I'm pretty much stuck between these sticks and the Twinmos UTT. Would anyone care to comment on which of the two would be better? Or do both sticks possess about the same headroom? For reference, I'm just looking for about 260 HTT 1:1.
deception``
The main diff between the two is that Twinmos sp WILL be utt whereas there is no guarantee that the blue line mushkin will be cos it might be one of the older sticks
So I'd go with Twinmos, but one thing going for the Blue Line is that Twinmos sp 512mb kit is single channel whereas blue line cas 2 stuff 512mb kit is Dual channel (2x256mb). So its up to you, I'd ask charlie where he got it :D

I'm more concerned with a 1GB kit. My assumption was that all of the Speed Preimium could run dual channel in a DFI NF4. Also, shouldn't my chances of recieving UTT be good if I were to order the Mushkin Blue directly from Mushkin?Quote:

well i just bought 4x512MB of that twinmos stuff at newegg that a few guys here have done. of the 8 or so reviews, all are hitting 250+ HTT with 2-2-2 timings. that stuff was 100$ per gig. so i couldn't pass it up. and whatever 2 sticks do better are mine, the others are for friends.
I guess so, though the best way to get the highest benchie is to go VX if you're going 2x512MB. If not, then...again, ask charlie lol or wait a tad while for ppl to tell you which is better : Mushkin Blue Line UTT or Twinmos UTT.Quote:

this is on newegg

btw, i think charlie uses 1024MB of the Blue Line...so why is it better to go VX, perkam?
$155 for 1GB of ~260@3.5v is pretty sweet. :toast:
I could give u 10 different reasons that would either be biased, based on personal opinion or liable to start a debate over why or why not.Quote:
so why is it better to go VX, perkam?
So I'll make this simple why you should, if you wanted to, go VX:
OPP uses it :D
