Makeing a 226W TEC Sandwich :D
Hi there!
Short introduction: Just built a new gaming/e-penis computer consisting of:
-Evga 780i
-E8400
-2x88GTS g92
-4gb OCZ Reaper X
-750W Corsair TX
-2x750 Samsung F1s Raid 0
-Lian Li PCA70B
Running at stock cooling atm which is to noisy and not so overclocking friendly...
So therefor im throwing in waterblocks on everything exept HDDs.
I have fallen in love with EK Acetal waterblocks so that leads us to a full set of EKs. List:
-Supreme
-780i NB
-680i MOSFET Part1
-FC 88GT/GTS g92 x2
-NB/SB 6
Then to the pump / rad set up:
- Thermochill PA 3.120 mounted at the top of the case
-Laing DDC w/ek custom top (petras out of stock both at petras and sidewinder and not a fan of waiting :P)
Then back to topic, lol sorry for the wall of text spamming your screen atm.
To add some extremeness to it im thinking on adding a 226W TEC in between two Apogee-1U 775s with the hot side cooled by its own PA 1.120/2.120, laing ddc loop.
So then my question is, how much will it really lower the watertemps?
Will full scale condens protection cover up be required?
