Ssl/tls?
Hello XS Forum administration,
I have not logged in to this website for years and noticed you're still not using a SSL/TLS certificate. Maybe it is not needed, or is it due to cost reasons (i.e, ?another unnecessary [...]?)? If the reason is cost you can always use ?ZeroSSL? or ?Let's Encrypt? as they're both 100% free. I use them for several projects and it has been working great over the many years I've used these services.
Not a big deal, but I just wanted to ask ? since most web pages uses SSL/TLS these days and particularly ones which transact logins, which we do here on the XS forums.
Have a fine day.
Faithfully,

How come my post above is looking rather different from what I actually wrote. Let me wrap my original post in CODE tags and you can see what I mean:

See the difference? I don't think the forum software you're using is a fan of good typography :hehe:

Thanks, debating on upgrading this to version 5 where vb left off 10 years ago.

It's 100% unencrypted on my end.
Mitm attack demo code I guess. (not a big deal to me, who's gonna mitm this anyways)
It is kinda awkward though, I got popup's saying it's not encrypted on top of the darn input boxes (login and pass), pain in the butt, just a little.
Heh, seems the post count is static now.
I'll forever have 1680 posts..

Are there any plans on moving from HTTP to HTTPS?
Several browsers now include HTTPS only mode. At the moment it's optional but if it ever becomes default or mandatory then sites like these will not be accessible.

I will look into this and get the signed cert in place.
