2x16 Gb Micron E-Die at 1.52v

Ballistix LT Sport. This kit was bought before they started separately binning 3600+ Mhz kits, so if you wanted similar you would need to buy at least a 3600 kit now.

I may have been the first person to push a 2x16 Gb to 4000 Mhz back when I bought it - it did 4000 Mhz CL18 1.48v on Z390, currently doing 4133 CL16 1.5125v on Z490.

My kit also does stock timings and volts 3600 easy, and 3600-3800 CL14 at 1.4v+.

4133 CL17 needs just 1.425v.

4200+ is a no go on my modules, even 4266 CL18 wont get stable, most likely limited because its 2x16 Gb, 2x8 Gb would do a lot more.

I've already corrupted at least 5 windows installs trying to push it higher up to 1.55v or with tighter secondary timings, it wont do much better with 24/7 stability.

Thanks for posting. I saw your other post where you have brought all cores up to 5.1. Are you stress testing that overclock? If so, what are you using to test for stability and how long are you testing for?

Ive dropped it down to 5 Ghz 1.25v and 4133 CL17 1.425v for 24/7, I started getting instability and crashes in one game only (Outward) at 5.1 Ghz and CL16 4133.

5 Ghz and CL17 4133 has no problems, and I'll be ordering a 3080 soon, already dipping below 60 FPS in games I play on my 1080 Ti, and I dont fancy waiting for or having to pay extra for a higher Vram card as I already get a lot of stutter at maxed settings with under 2 Gb vram used.

I need to change my sig or just delete it soon.

Over 99% better than other ram scores in PC Mark, but Im running CL17 for 24/7 for the lower voltage, not staying at over 1.5v for 24/7.

With a bit more playing around, it seems it was just the 5.1 Ghz all cores on my 10900K that was unstable, I didn't get a lucky chip. I'll sell the CPU and get a Gen 11 one when they are released.

5 Ghz @ 1.25v, and 4133 CL16 @ 1.525v are stable all day long.

So I thought I would try 5 Ghz and 4200 CL16 1.55v:

This is absolutely nuts for a 3200 Mhz kit of 16 Gb modules that was only ?150, in comparison it would actually cost ?360 for 2x16 Gb 4400 CL19 modules, and they are extremely rare and never in stock. Better to currently get the 3600 Mhz Ballistix modules for not much more than mine cost and try to push them to 4000+.
