well radiators don't make noise so any 240 radiator is silent :fact:

Pump/res combo...you need to be more specific.
Are you on a budget, do you want a cylindrical res, do you want a distribution block res, little box? drive bay? double drive bay?
and what kinda loop are we talkin here?
