1.25v SA & IO
I bought some of this as the price was now reduced to £180, and I'm building an I5 12600 non K media PC to put my old ram into.
4600+ doesn't play nice with my Intel IMC, I was able to get it boot stable at 4800 CL16 1.75v with quite some difficulty, but it would eventually throw loads of errors.

1.75v DRAM, 1.3v SA & IO, might be stable between 1.7-1.75v DRAM which I will try next.
15-20-20 was a brick that needed swapping the ram to reset. 15-21-21 prompted startup failed error, as did 46 tras.
So it BSODs up to 1.73125v, but is stable so far at 1.7375v.

1.7375 was unstable after a while, been using it 24/7 now at 4600 CL15 1.75 for over a week without issues, with enough cooling to keep them under 50c outside of stress tests.
This is Micron 16GBit Revision B, right?

Dual rank does also give a performance boost though, but I can't be bothered swapping between them to test, waiting for my H670 media PC build to put the old ram into, eta for end of the month on the mobo.
The thing is though while these have been reduced to around £175, the 2x16 3200 kit can currently be bought for around £85, which may or may not overclock to 4000+, but they should all be using single rank Micron B die now since those kits are also made in 2x32 Gb density.
I'm thinking if Intel 13th gen still has DDR4 support, I might upgrade then to the 13900k to keep this ram going as long as possible, really not interested in DDR5 over this, but that also depends on when I would expect to actually need 64 Gb too.
Well I tried pushing it some more to the point of bricking Windows 11 and needing to reinstall.
At 1.8v 4666 and 4700 CL15 will boot but error quickly and led to the brick.
4800 CL16 also isn't stable at 1.8v.
And I don't think there are any dual rank 2x16 kits that can manage 4600CL15, and neither would trying to run 4 of these modules on a 4 slot board.
bump up whit sa volt to 1.35v/1.4v :) have just put such a set in my boy pc it is 2x16GB B-Die
know well there is overkill to a 9600K, but had to go out and buy mem, and got them at a good price:D
I haven't updated this in a while, I've been running the kit on a much lower end Asrock Z690 itx since April as it was the only functional DDR4 ITX board with SA voltage control. I tried a 12600 non K and H670 first, but the SA voltage lock at 0.95v crippled the ram, so I sold that CPU and got the Z690 and a 12600k instead, keeping the H670 to update my pentium back up bench soon.
It runs at 4800CL17 1.62v on my current board, but I had to beg asrock support for a custom bios with higher than 1.6v dram limit, but its a terrible board for ram overclocking, I have to do all the settings at once after a stock bios reset as changing them a little bit at a time bricks the board and often needs a bios flashback.
I'm going to be ditching the itx and am planning on an MSI Z790 Tomahawk DDR4 and 13700k soon, but am going to wait for software bundles on the CPU, the original reason for ITX boards were that previous ASUS Strix ones were the best for DDR4 overclocking (only 2 dimm slots and less distance from CPU), but theres no more premium ITX boards with DDR4 support now. Also with how much bigger GPUs are getting now, I'm simply going to get the new Thermaltake P3 Pro open frame case with 420mm AIO support. ITX Asus Strix and competing MSI boards are also getting crazy expensive now, so it will be better to go back to a normal ATX build.
The current 12600k setup will be kept to replace my 10900k desktop, 13700k for lounge 4K rig.
I'm anticipating 4800CL16, and 5000+ CL18 on the better board, but it might not. DDR5 latency is just a hard pass for me still, it doesn't interest me over these micron kits I already have.
