Started life as a FTW and ended up as a WTF.
Rrr?
Someone should buy it, as a trophy.
GTX 295 CO-OP Liquid Splash WTF Edition X2.
God, I can't stop laughing - you guys read the description, right?
------------------
it got a bunch of distilled water spilled on while running
i took it aprt and dryed it off with hair dryer
my friend tried it in his rig
it started windows but it had some screens thad had dot patterns on them
i dont know much elce my only pci-e motherboard is dead
it has happened before but usually it just refuse to boot untill dry
this timeit may still have water under the chips
even if its not the water
you can most likley get it to run as 2nd card in a sli setup

On Feb-05-10 at 20:39:29 PST, seller added the following information:
the distilled water came from the pc watercooling system.
one of the fittings leaked when i was adding coolant.
its a gtx 295 co-op card
i include all of the original card cooling
it can be easily converted back to looking like factory version.
The best part of it is the pic of his rig.
It looks like a rusted out Hewlett Packard case.
" it has happened before but usually it just refuse to boot untill dry "
That is the most epic statement of 2010, thus far.
i wonder if its actually broken... or if he just doesnt know how to diagnose it....
I wonder why, a faulty user most likely ..but evga wont accept him via rma :shrug:Quote:

I can't believe that he would have the nads to put that on Ebay. Man, I have had things that looked like that before, they usually came out of a blown engine block. :ROTF:
soo many epic reply's to this comedians GPU.. those pics should have huge watermarks on them saying "..just reboot until dry " I mean thats a real no-brainer..leik..the fans spin everytime I push teh button
Im tempted to buy it... and try and boot it... imagine it actually booted... a gtx 295 for 50$...
but seriously hes got balls to post it on ebay at all... i wonder what is excuse to evga was?
"I was showering and i got this idea, why take the water to the computer, when you can bring the computer to the water?"
I think we should host the pictures in this thread. That way, when the Ebay listing goes down, we can still have lulz.
I love how he's holding it. Like " behold. "
Instead of having it resting somewhere. lol.
Think I'll buy this and have the most awesome hood ornament, just have to make sure I drive fast enough to dry it.
tada :D
