SuperPi32m 5GHz & 4GHz Z97 Haswell ( Refresh ) All Out Challenge!
-
Congrats on number 1George haha
-
Seriously, guys, why is a new thread necessary if evidence suggests that there seems to be no performance difference between Z87 and Z97 whatsoever? I mean, we didn't have to make a new thread when P35 was replaced by X38/X48, so why is this necessary now? :)
Using loud's results as a reference:

just want a fresh page is all I think sam
-
Sam,in some tests that Splave has done it looks like we could be seeing 100Mhz more memory speed out of Z97 compared to Z87
I'm happy either way what ever you guys want to do,as long as I can bench my memory its all good
Thanks for your time Don_Dan

Horrible efficiency, I know, but I'm just happy I got a 32M pass on Z97 with PSC at 2600C8 finally.

No 2800, but 2752 on the 125 strap was rock solid stable, ran out of LN2 as I was screening my final run and for the first time ever I had aida freeze the rig lol

^my imc is not bad?
Great run for first time using the board man :)
I think we will see 125 strap being more and more popular now.
-
That imc is damn good man, hope to find one similar to continue benching.

Had to use small wazza will revisit again :) I think there is more in the tank for sure.
I think this proves z97 is stronger at mem clocking :D

Killing it Splave!

Seems that 2000 C6 kits all good under cold with KO8155 PCB . 2800 CL6 easy on Z97 OCF
Allen's OS is too fast . unstable with big waza .
