I measured with my wall socket, account for efficiency and losses, and figured that at 1.1v my GTX 570 reference was pulling 80 watts more than TDP at only 900/1000.
I have a XFX 650 i think they are great PSUs don't get me wrong :) but it can't handle my GTX 570s in SLI and my 990x OCed, that is a job for my sparkle 1kw. and when both were OCed i saw peak at 980watts from teh wall, even though this PSu can push something like 1250watts on the 12v rail. BTW its a new unit, sparkles first shot at the big top, JG rated it amazing in performance, tieing the AX1000.
