I cant find Icon for thanks , any idea?

It would be located just to the left of the "report post" icon. (below your avatar)

I think you need 100 posts. Same with For Sale subforum.

100 posts are the minimum to gain access. Hell, I've been a member here for a long time (2004) and I don't have access to the Thanks or For sale stuff either. Lol

button is invisible it seems lol

It would appear that option of the forum has been removed. It no longer shows for me either and the number of times i have been thanked does not appear anymore also...
