Yes, the BP3SATA is still in production. It does seem that it is out of stock in the US, though. Several retailers will have some in stock in the beginning of April, most notably http://www.performance-pcs.com. They often have many Lian Li parts.
asking about these too. need 1 but might spring for 2 if I could locate them in the usa
