Intriguing to read, in hindsight I should have read the whole story on that breach before using it. At least my wording did not go entirely amiss, a murder is fairly serious consequences. :/
Are there any serious clues to whom the perpetrators where? Mafia, corrupt government officials and/or other entities? I am sorry to say it like this, but your country has not received a lot of good publicity lately, so please excuse my forwardness.

One needs to take a mental step back and look at the big picture and see the "trends" and those trends are more power to the govt in the name of national security but govt is people, pewople are flawed and knowlege is power. The more knowledge these people have the more power and that is the bottom line.

Just like the USSR in the 80's, the United States and its massive deficit spending is putting the nation on a clear and intentional path toward complete collapse. But those behind the scenes in Russia used the collapse to end Authoritarian rule and bring about freedom and democracy, while here in the United States the pending collapse is intended to bring about the opposite. Markets crash, inflation skyrockets, and emergency powers granted to the President by Congress in order to save the nation is then used to suspend the Constitution and enact Martial Law, along with dissolving congress and the Supreme Court.
I mean... why else would Homeland Security (NOT the military) need to purchase 1.2 billion rounds hollow point ammunition (they'd use ball ammo for training) as well as 2,000+ of these vehicles for use INSIDE the United States...

It's being done by a movement which started 100 years ago under Woodrow Wilson, gained a lot of steam in the 1960's whee their "Revolution" failed because of "The Man" put them in check. Only to realize that the only way to beat "The Man" is to "progressively" get people of like mind in key important positions throughout the education system and government and BECOME "the man". Saul Alinsky and his book "Rules for Radicals" is a step by step guide that the progressives have followed since the 60's, where two prominent leftist professors named Cloward and Piven developed a strategy called the "the fifth column" to collapse an economy from within and almost bankrupt New York in 1979 but the Federal Government saved them. Since then the goal has been to repeat this technique but on a national level where there is no help.
Eh sall good, there will be a revolution in America one day if things go the way they are going.
Will be scary though, with all those guns in the mix.

I see that every chance you get you get political so I must assume you're really into this?
I'm not tying to poke at you, it's just I see the very same thing with others around me.
I myself am a truth seeker, I do this without bias to my own personal belief system. As a mater of fact if I find facts/proof that disproves my current belief system I change it to reflect the new found truth. I think this is a great strategy, I have no clue why others do not adopt it as their own. Instead most people cling tightly to their beliefs even in the face of irrefutable facts.
That being said what we need in our great country is the "U" part back. Listing and watching all this media hype crap is only dividing us further while they rake in the profits. It's easy
to get consumed by it, It was designed to get you hooked & dependent just like a drug. Keeps you coming back for more.

However, after over 100 years of lowering the power of the Constitution we are on the verge of repeating history once more.
Fun fact: You can see this same story play out even in the Bible. This is also where the world nimrod comes from. Nimrod was the king also called "hunter of man" in that he hunted the hearts of man whom he molded into bricks. The Tower of Babel can also be viewed in some respects as an alter. In those days it was well known to make alters out of stone however the difference is important here. Like a stone every man is different, he is shaped by his creator and by the world around him. These stones can be placed together to form an alter to God. What this story is about is how Nimrod tried to turn Men (stones) into bricks where everyone is the same. Nimrod both though the construction of the tower and though his attempts to turn man to bricks is his attempt to become a god.
It is interesting how long before these political ideas came about you can see the value of individualism and the dangers of a government that tries to be God. In other words God made man with free will and it is man who creates government and not the other way around.

Many of your other points are still valid though. All around the world those who are in power try to give them "special" rights so that they stay in power. In Germany for instance the conservative politicians wanted to pass a law allowing the use of the German army inside of Germany (i.e. during a "national crysis" etc.). Luckily, at the moment this is not allowed and let's hope to keep it that way. Another point are the internet filters many European and west states want so that they can filter it as they like. Just like Iran, China etc... But when those two countries do it, it's evil, but when the western states do it, it's for the good of all the people. Yeah, right...
