im using the latest bios from the asus site 0701, reckon 0075 (where do i find that) would help my problems?

ok, so i'll install that when i get home, that 1.85v profile, is that for running 1.85vDIMM?
thats fairly high isnt it? im running stock cooling on my trident x with a fan pointed at them.
could i load the trident x profile, lower the vDIMM to something more acceptable, and then test from there?
ok, then if it does, i should try the trident x preset for clocking it up to 2600+ (im using the 2400 C10 tridents, not the 2600's)
at the moment i was trying to get my 2400 tridents to post at stock freq/timings
gonna have to try XMP settings, then maybe the new bios when i get home.
is the 0075 bios newer or older than the 0701?
thanks for your help anyway dumo. appreciated.
075 is the newest bios

There are single sided and double sided 2400er DIMMs out there. SuicidePhoenix' Rams are double sided, whereas some german testers had single sided ones which seem to be worse...
mine are single sided, 0340.
Yep AVulgarPicture, yours are samsung / single sided.
Will only buy a confirmed double sided kit hynix. Otherwise it seems to be not worth the money. I think there is no argument to buy them atm.
you really think they're that bad? :-/
Given the results of some guys in a german forum who can not reach 2600 with samsung (i know his imc is capable of), I will wait a little longer to see more results...
New serial, black PCB.....(claim is Samsung chips)

Anybody make pic of chips?
What can yours do, Viss? Similar to SuicidePhoenix runs?
you prolly wont be able to go high on frequency due to single sided density per chip
so hang around 2550'ish and go as tight as possible with dram voltage you are comfortable with
1.80v 2550 you can sorta tighten to:

yeh, confirmed i cant get them to run 2600. even at 1.8v
single sided confirmed the suck :(
Oh no....I pray for good chips...I preordered it 3 weeks ago...2x 4GB 2400 MHz chips, hope I will be lucky :-/...
my pis are doing 2600+ at 9-12-9. :(
