Dimensions of the back pci & i/o panel?

I can't find the dimensions anywhere for the back panel that holds the pci/agp brackets and the motherboard i/o panel. It should be a form factor standard for all pc cases, but yet I can't find them. :confused:

Or can I buy them somewhere?

Just the part riveted to the back case panel as seen here is what I'm after...

but i need a microATX one for a case i'm designing. you'd think the dimensions would be published somewhere...
